Prepare for Pickup
Carefully Repackage the furniture in its original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for curbside pickup.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
